product information. We also need complete credit card information to process your order.
- By Mail - You can pay by check or
credit card; if using the latter, please be sure credit card area is filled in completely.
Checks must be drawn on a U.S.bank, in U.S. funds. Please do not send cash.

HOW PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
1. Most products - are delivered to you, or your gift recipient, via UPS
or via the Postal Service ground or a comparable service. Shipping charges on the order form
reflect standard ground service. We can ship most items via express delivery for an
additional fee; see order form.Some items shipped from manufacturers may
take longer to arrive.
2. Split shipments - Products on the same order may not necessarily be shipped on the
same day. The total shipping and handling charge is billed with the first product shipped
to you. You will be informed of any delay over 30 days in shipping. Your credit card is
not charged until a product is shipped to you.

Charges shown below are for standard UPS or other service delivery to shipping
points. - All pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars.
- Express shipping is available for an additional
charge. Heavy or bulky items may not be shippable by express services.
- Sorry, we cannot ship to

All merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid; we regret that we cannot accept
COD returns. Please repack item(s) using the original packing materials if possible,
or use a strong corrugated carton and packing. Tape the package securely.
For your protection, please return by insured mail or UPS and save the receipt for your
records. In case of returns, shipping charges are not refundable. Please remember to
indicate your name,address and the reason for the return, as it will help us to serve

you, or issue a credit if you prefer. Returns after 30 days will be issued a Beauty Square
credit good towards a future Beauty Square catalogs and products purchase.
